Art Bentz, President
Art founded AMB in June 1999. He had a strong desire to own his own roofing company, and be able to bring metal roofing into the residential sector. He has been in the roofing industry his entire career, and found a passion for the industry early on in life. He spent much of his early career as a project manager for a large commercial roofing company, specializing in flat roofs and architectural sheetmetal. Art is very hands on in the field. He oversees the commercial crews, and manages the commercial projects. He leads his team of office staff and 8 crews with his strong knowledge and passion for what he does. He is continuously adapting and integrating new technology and methods into our roofing services.
Charlie Waldron, Sales Representative
Charlie has been a project coordinator/estimator with AMB since 2004. He has been in the construction industry since 1999. He enjoys working on both commercial and residential projects, and has a great deal of experience working with property management companies, general contractors, as well as property owners. Charlie is knowledgable with both steep and low slope roofing systems as well as siding, gutters, windows, and custom fabrication. He has received training and certifications from several manufacturers including: GAF, AirVent, MuleHide, Atlas, Firestone, Owens Corning, Decra, and Berridge. He regularly attends product seminars in order to stay up to date with our product lines.
Charlie attended school at Daytona State College and the University of Illinois at Chicago. He, his wife, and two sons have lived in the Johnsburg area since 1993. Go Skyhawks!
Jason Niemi, Sales Representative
Jason has been a project coordinator/estimator for AMB since 2009. He sells residential and commercial roofing, as well as all exterior services. He is very knowledge with both steep and low slope roofing systems. He works closely with homeowners to go over ever detail of their project. He has many years of experience working with general contractors, building owners, and property managers to find their roofing needs. He coordinates all aspects of his projects. He regularly attends product and safety training seminars for the most cutting edge and up to date industry information. Prior to sales at AMB, he was an installer of all residential and commercial roofing for five years.
Laura Niemi, Office Manager
Laura joined the AMB team in spring of 2012. She has returned to the family business from a short term period of which she was a stay at home mom. As the office manager, she runs all aspects of the front office. She is in charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Laura communicates with our customers about the progress of their project, and she provides the necessary documentation such as AIA forms and lien waivers for payment. She completes all paperwork associated for all projects. Along with a strong construction background, she has experience working in the medical industry.
Brian Mosansky, Project/Schedule Manager
Brian has been a project/schedule manager since 2013. He works closely with customers, assisting with scheduling and ensuring a quality service experience. He also works with scheduling, purchasing, and project oversight and handles many behind the scenes tasks.
Brian is a previous business owner, and brings a great attitude to the team.
Jadie Vesneske, Administrative Assistant
Jadie started at AMB in 2016. She was hired as the permit runner and was quickly promoted to the Administrative Assistant. She prepares, maintains and updates files. Handles all permit paperwork required for jobs as well as obtaining them at village halls. She speaks with customers, schedules appointments, handles social media advertising and answers phone calls.
She has her Associates Degree in Applied Science Administrative Office Management as well as Certificates in Administrative Office Skills and Administrative Office Management.
She is a great addition to our team.
