Skylights
Skylights are a very important part increasing your energy savings. The windows we install do not allow cold air to enter around a window, thus cooling the surface. Spacers between glazing in double or triple-glazed windows are more energy efficient and do not allow cold air to migrate through them causing the glazing to cool.
SnoGuards
On every metal roof, we will always quote for Snobars to be installed. However, they may not always be needed. We typically will recommend waiting thru the first winter to determine how well the roof holds a snow load. Snobars purpose is to help prevent snow from falling off the roof and causing damage to the gutters as well as any entrance / walkways.
